Review of the CATSI Act - Phase 2 Consultation

Phase 2 consultations on the review of the CATSI Act commenced on 31 July 2020.

The consultation will focus on feedback on the CATSI Act Review Draft Report drafted by the NIAA.

Feedback can be provided on the draft report until 11.59pm AEST on Friday 2 October 2020.

The consultation process has been developed to reach the widest possible range of stakeholders under the current COVID-19 constraints.

Stakeholders include corporations registered under the CATSI Act, their members, common law holders and other interested parties.

You can provide feedback in a number of ways:

1. Virtual consultation sessions

Public virtual consultation sessions are no longer available. If you would like to provide feedback verbally, please email CATSIActReview@niaa.gov.au with a requested time.

2. Chapter Surveys

The surveys enable respondents to provide feedback to each of the issues raised in the Draft Report chapters. The surveys also include free text areas for more detailed feedback.

3. Online Submissions

You can also make a file submission or add comments in the textbox below.

Files must be less than 5 MB.
Allowed file types: txt rtf pdf doc.
