The Numbulwar Rangers are based at Numbulwar on the Gulf of Carpentaria and manage 330,000 hectares of land and sea country.
They have undertaken extensive land and sea management planning in conjunction with Traditional Owners.
Rangers undertake sea patrols, weed control and have commenced a cultural plant identification project.
