Assessment Criteria

The assessment criteria used to assess the contract's MMR performance is required before reporting can commence.  Either yourself or any of the Agency contract managers can enter this information. If you enter it, the Agency contract managers will be asked to verify the assessment method and target percentages.

Click the question mark icons for more help about each field.

  1. Assessment Method: either contract-based assessment or organisation-based assessment. If the organisation-based option assessment does not appear in the list, it is because your organisation has not been approved for this form of reporting. Please contact your Agency contract managers to get this approval, if you need to report at the organisation level.
  2. Supply Chain Target %: The target percentage of the supply chain to be sourced from recognised Indigenous businesses.
  3. Workforce Target %: The target percentage of the total employees that identify as Indigenous.
  4. Total Target %: The combined total of the Supply Chain and Workforce target. This field is read-only.
  5. Remote area component?: Indicates whether or not a significant proportion of this Contract will be delivered to a remote area. Areas defined as remote are shown in this map.
  6. Delivery Postcode: Enter up to four comma-separated postcodes where the major delivery of the contract will occur. Use a '0' prefix for Northern Territory postcodes.
  7. End date for first QPR: The end date of the first Quarterly Performance Report. The default is Contract start date + 3 months but this can be changed by up to six weeks either side, to align with other reporting periods such as financial quarters.
  8. Days to submit QPRs: The number of days you have to submit each QPR when the quarter end date has been reached.
  9. When all assessment criteria are entered, click Next to save. The system will validate the assessment criteria and inform you if there are any issues.

: The contact and the assessment details are validated and saved.

: The system will generate the first Quarterly Performance Report and it will appear in the list of QPRs displayed on the Reporting tab.

: You will be required to submit the first report by End Date for first QPR + Days to Submit QPRs.  You will receive email reminders when this and all subsequent QPRs are due for submission.
