As of July 2019 the Minister has approved proposals from six homelands in the Tiwi Land Council (TLC) region, six in the Anindilyakwa Land Council (ALC) region, 15 in the Central Land Council (CLC) region and 33 in the Northern Land Council (NLC) region.
