The Aboriginal Land Commissioner, the Hon John Mansfield AM QC (the Commissioner), resolved that the submissions received by his Office in respect of the Detriment Review will be published online, provided the author of the submission consented to its publication and provided there was no other reason not to publish the submission (for example, if publication could raise legal issues).
Some submissions have had information redacted at the request of the author or to protect personal information.
