Publication abstract:

The National Indigenous Australians Agency has summarised the feedback on the exposure draft of the CATSI Amendment Regulations in a feedback summary report. The report outlines the feedback received in relation to the exposure draft, including the specific questions that were asked as part of the consultation such as the preferred consolidated income threshold for small corporations as well as which corporations should be required to prepare remunerations reports. The feedback summary report outlines other changes to the CATSI Amendment Regulations resulting from feedback, including the addition of a new prescribed purpose for accessing or making a copy of a register of members or register of former members, and removing the requirement for corporations to provide additional reporting to the Registrar of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Corporations in relation to their staffing profile.
