This Review of the National Partnership on Northern Territory Remote Aboriginal Investment (the NTRAI) was undertaken by the National Indigenous Australians Agency (NIAA) coordinating the Australian Government input, in partnership with the Department of the Chief Minister and Cabinet which coordinated input from across the Northern Territory (NT) Government. The Review was guided by A Short Guide to Reviewing National Partnership Agreements (the Short Guide) provided by the Council on Federal Financial Relations.

In accordance with the Short Guide, this Review assesses the effectiveness, efficiency and appropriateness of the NTRAI and identifies learnings to inform future opportunities to improve outcomes of Aboriginal peoples who reside in remote areas in the NT.
