12-month skills Agreement with states and territories

Action description: 

180,000 Fee-Free TAFE and vocational education places from January 2023, with learner supports that are culturally appropriate for priority groups including Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people.

From 1 January 2024, an additional 300,000 Fee-Free TAFE places will be implemented.
