The National Indigenous Australians Agency (NIAA) was established on 1 July 2019. Prior to this the functions of the Agency were delivered by the Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet (PM&C). Please be aware that while we work through this transition some content may reference PM&C. Some links may also direct you to the PM&C website where services are still provided by the Department.
