Additions to the Australian Public Service Survey of Trust

Action description: 

The Department of Prime Minister & Cabinet's Trust and Transparency Unit is scoping adding additional questions to the Survey of Trust in Australian public services to ask about First Nations people's experiences of racism and discrimination when using Australian public services. The Department is scoping the approach and questions through engagement with NIAA and others, including AIATSIS and the Coalition of the Peaks.
