Action description:
Initial guidance advice for Clause 55(b) for the 2023-24 Budget was developed by the Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet and the Department of Finance, in collaboration with the Coalition of Peaks. Following feedback from agencies and the Coalition of Peaks, guidance advice was updated for the 2024-25 Budget. This guidance was disseminated across Budget areas of public service agencies, by the Department of Finance.
