Connected Beginnings

Action description: 

Connected Beginnings is a place-based program working with community stakeholders to integrate and strengthen Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people's access to early childhood education, maternal and child health, and family services to support children's school readiness. The mid-term evaluation report published in July 2023 demonstrates the program is positively contributing to the four Priority Reforms, and Health is working closely with the Department of Education and NACCHO to review the progress and implement recommendations.
