As part of the 2021-22 Budget, the previous Government committed $66.5 million (ex GST) in dedicated funding to improve telecommunications infrastructure in Northern Australia.

Funding is allocated over 2021-22 and 2022-23 and 2023-24 for delivery through RCP Round 2.
