Launched in May 2023, the Indigenous Employment Strategy focuses on strength‑based models of employment that build capability from innovation and accountability. By 30 June 2023, 116 CSIRO staff identified as Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander, a 25 per cent increase from 2022.
