Developing and Implementing an Outcomes and Evidence Fund

Action description: 

The Closing the Gap Outcomes and Evidence Fund (the Fund) provides funding to Aboriginal Community-Controlled Organisations to co-design, trial and evaluate culturally appropriate projects that contribute to Outcomes 12 and 13, in urban, regional and/or remote areas across Australia. The Fund will focus on building upon the evidence base of what works for service delivery through co-designed reporting and evaluation, tailored data collection and analysis, optional outcomes-based funding, and program and project-specific evaluations.
