Action description: 

Development of a National Bench Book on Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Peoples and the Legal System. The Australasian Institute of Judicial Administration is funded for the development and online publication of the National Bench Book on Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Peoples and the Legal System as a practical and culturally-sensitive resource for judicial officers and legal professionals providing justice and legal assistance services to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples in the criminal and civil justice systems.
