Expansion of the Allied Health Rural Generalist Pathway (AHRGP) and Allied Health Assistance Workforce Package.

Action description: 

The program aims to equip qualified allied health professionals for practice in rural and remote Australia and improves allied health professionals' capability, competence and confidence resulting in improving the health outcomes of rural Australians. While the program is not First Nations -specific, it does have specific targets for participation by First Nations allied health professionals on the program. These targets are to ensure that First Nations allied health professionals have access to advanced study opportunities.
