Action description:
The Commonwealth will establish a $10 billion Housing Australia Future Fund which will build 30,000 new social and affordable housing properties in the first 5 years. This includes $200 million of HAFF disbursements to fund repairs, maintenance and improvements in remote Indigenous communities in the NT, QLD, SA and WA.
