Increase Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Legal Services (ATSILS) capacity to ensure First Nations people's access to legal assistance

Action description: 

A) Funding provided to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Legal Service (ATSILS) Legal assistance through the National Legal Assistance Partnership Agreement 2020-25.

B) One-off additional funding for ATSILS for the 2023-24 financial year, through AGD's grant agreement with the peak body, National Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Legal Services (NATSILS).
