Action description: 

Increase Indigenous cultural capability of the agency through targeted initiatives:

  • mandate tier 1 cultural e-learning for all staff.
  • investigate and identify critical roles/teams where tier 2 facilitated learning is required.
  • all SES to participate in facilitated learning within 12 months.
  • anti-racism working group to implement learning products, tools and processes.
