National Agent and Access Point (NAAP) program in Services Australia

Action description: 

To enable regional and remote customers to access government services without needing to travel long distances to visit a service centre. At an Agent and an Access Point, customers can use self-service equipment including phones, free Wi-Fi and internet enabled self-service terminals with a scanning capability to upload documents. Additionally, Agents provide supported assistance for customers to register and access digital services to engage with government.
