National Housing and Homelessness Plan

Action description: 

The Commonwealth will develop a National Housing and Homelessness Plan (the Plan). The Plan will present a shared vision for housing in Australia and will be developed in consultation with key stakeholders across the housing spectrum, including Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples. During development of the Plan, the Commonwealth will consider the Productivity Commission's review of the National Housing and Homelessness Agreement, including its recommendations to improve housing and homelessness outcomes for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples in line with the National Agreement on Closing the Gap.
