NATSIFAC Program Targeted Infrastructure funding

Action description: 

Targeted capital investment to enable four National Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Flexible Aged Care services to rebuild aged care buildings, supporting culturally safe care to older First Nations people, enabling them to enjoy long and healthy lives. This funding is provided through the Aged Care Capital Assistance Program.

A 2021-22 Grant Opportunity resulted in entering into grant agreements with four NATSIFAC Services to years to rebuild ageing infrastructure in Port Augusta SA, Morningside Qld, Wadeye and Kaltukatjara NT. Rebuilds are expected to be completed by 30 June 2025.
