Safe and Supported: Action 2 - shift towards adequate and coordinated funding of early, targeted and culturally safe supports for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander children and families

Action description: 

The National Child and Family Investment Strategy (2a) is a component of this action, and is separately covered in row 31. Other deliverables under this action – expected to be informed by the Investment Strategy – include: 
• Co-design a plan to strengthen ACCOs (2b)
• Develop a market strategy to support ACCO capacity, including mapping the growth of new ACCOs (2c)
• Develop jurisdictional frameworks for recommissioning family support services to achieve proportional ACCOs funding (2d)
• Develop (2e) and implement (2f) Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander community-led, place-based commissioning models
• Reform funding models and procurement policies to support the growth of the ACCO sector (2g).
