Youth Engagement Model

Action description: 

The Australian Government is establishing a new Youth Engagement Model to formally engage young people in policy and program design. Through establishing a Youth Steering Committee, Youth Advisory Groups and developing a Youth Engagement Strategy under the new Office for Youth, a diverse range of young people, including young Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people, will influence government policies and programs to drive better outcomes for young people in areas that are important to them.
