This project aims to improve education participation and outcomes for vulnerable Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander children through providing specialised allied health services and health screening in schools. The project is in response to the 2017 Australian Government Plan to Improve Outcomes for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander People with Disability.
This monitoring and evaluation strategy will support a future evaluation.
