Project B.I.R.D is being delivered under the National Action Plan of the National Strategy to Prevent and Respond to Child Sexual Abuse.  The project will design, pilot and evaluate training resources to support health workers, and other staff around them, engage in culturally appropriate, trauma aware and healing informed, early disclosure conversations with First Nations victims and survivors of child sexual abuse.

Working collaboratively with the project B.I.R.D program designer SNAICC, NIAA and other key stakeholders, Murawin will develop a suitable Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) Strategy.  The M&E strategy is being developed in concert with the design and development of the training resources.
