At NIAA you will be contributing to the empowerment of First Nations peoples and influencing change.

We are on the ground, actively partnering with First Nations communities and all levels of government to co-design policies and deliver programs across Australia.

We have a diverse and inclusive workforce, with a focus on continuous cultural learning and tailored professional development.

Graduate roles are available in Brisbane, Canberra, Darwin and Perth. You’ll have the opportunity to undertake a regional rotation in one of our metropolitan, regional or remote offices and partner with First Nations communities around Australia.
