The new Commonwealth funded provider of native title services in the Goldfields region, Native Title Services Goldfields (NTS Goldfields), has commenced operations.

NTS Goldfields was announced as the new provider on 29 November 2019, following the signing of a funding agreement with the National Indigenous Australians Agency (NIAA).

The interim service provider, Grant Thornton Australia, is working with NTS Goldfields to achieve a smooth transition of services. Transitional arrangements will be discussed at community information meetings throughout the Goldfields region from 3 – 8 December 2019.
