Indigenous owned or controlled organisations in the Northern Territory are now invited to apply for the next funding round of the Aboriginals Benefit Account (ABA).

The ABA grants is now an open non-competitive grant round.

The new ABA Grant Opportunity Guidelines (DOCX 356KB) eligible activities have broadened since previous rounds.

ABA grant funding may now be used for multi-year projects and is no longer restricted to one-off projects.

Applications for funding must be for projects that align with one of the following four categories:

• Supporting Enterprises
• Supporting Community
• Supporting Land, Sea and Waters Management and Use
• Supporting Culture, Language and Leadership
