In accordance with paragraph 9(e) of the Indigenous Peoples Economic and Trade Cooperation Arrangement (IPETCA), which directs the Interim Body to establish the governance of and Terms of Reference for the IPETCA Partnership Council (the Partnership Council), the Interim Body hereby adopts the following Terms of Reference for the Partnership Council.
