1. I am requesting the detailed datasets from July 2015 to 30 June 2023 which support the reporting obligations specified in chapter 2.5 of the Indigenous Procurement Policy (IPP Guide) December 2020. For the avoidance of doubt, I am requesting the details of individual contracts awarded to Indigenous enterprises.
2. I am also requesting, if not already included in the datasets requested in Item 1 above, the following data for all suppliers included in those datasets:
   1. Supplier Name
   2. Supplier ABN
   3. Supplier Percentage Indigenous Ownership

• the Prime Minister
• the Prime Minister’s Office
• the Minister for Indigenous Australians
• Staff in the office of the Minister for Indigenous Australians
• August 2023, relating to the full Uluṟu statement of the Heart and/or NIAA FOI 2223/016.

For the avoidance of doubt, I am seeking all written communication regardless of whether by email, letter, SMS, Signal, Whatsapp or other format.

Noting that messages on various platforms (such as Signal) may from time to time be deleted automatically, I request that you take immediate action to preserve all documents potentially within the scope of this request so that the request can be considered according to law.

I also ask that, in responding to this request, you detail steps taken to ensure that messages were not deleted automatically (eg: through the operation of the “disappearing messages” function on Signal) so that the request is able to be considered according to law.'

'I want to ask how much of the $5.8 million for the Makarrata Commission set aside in the October budget has been spent so far.

-Of the amount spent (which the NIAA confirmed in May to be almost $900,000), can I be provided a breakdown of that funding allocation e.g. staffing costs, admin costs, etc'

I am not seeking specifically detailed minutes of the Joint Steering Committee nor operational details re meetings of the joint steering committee, so this can be excluded, but also with the understanding that there may be mention of decisions from the JSC in the correspondence between NIAA and NT Ministers and that correspondence should not be excluded it from the terms of my request."

“Between the 23rd and the 26th of May 2017 the Referendum Council conducted the National Constitutional Convention at Yulara.

I would like to request all transcripts, minutes and meeting notes recorded at the convention over those days.

I would like to see information on what was discussed and decided.

Additionally I would like to see records relating to the invitees / attendees of the convention. I understand that you cannot release names or identifying information and I am not asking you to do that. What I would like to understand is the origin of the invitees - were they elected Regional Dialogue delegates, were they Regional Dialogue hosts or were they people who were directly appointed by the Referendum Council.

A considerable amount of planning must have gone into an event of this size, including justifications for travel expenses and accommodation. There must be guest list information. Again, I am not requesting and am not interested in personal details although if there is information on where they were from that does not cross the line of identifying information then I would like to request it.”

"I am requesting a copies of the grant agreements between the National Indigenous Australia Agency and the Indigenous Marathon Foundation for the - Deadly Fun Run Series & National Deadly Fun Run Championships.

There are three related grants I am seeking - GA214001; GA59002.

I would also like to request the original grant agreement for the Deadly Fun Run Series & National Deadly Fun Run Championships, which I believe was initiated around 2012. Note the original agreement may be under a different recipient name, which could either be Smart Start for Kids or The Indigenous Marathon Project. If there was an original application submitted, I would also like to request this document."

1. Please provide a copy of the NIAA’s current procedures for determining breaches of the APS Code of Conduct and the imposition of sanctions that is currently in force.
2. Please provide a copy of the NIAA’s current social media policy (which covers departmental use and/or private use by employees in an individual capacity).
3. Provide a provide a copy of the NIAA’s current guidance material which is available for employees to make informed decisions about their private social media use.
4. Provide a copy of guidance/information provided to employees regarding expectations on their conduct in the lead up to the Voice Referendum.
