Link-Up Monitoring and Evaluation Strategy Phase 4

This evaluation will examine the processes, effectiveness and impact of Link-Up services. Drawing on data collected to date, it will provide evidence-based insights to inform policy development and implementation, improve understanding of service activities and healing approaches, and assess the outcomes of Link-Up services in supporting the healing journeys of Stolen Generations survivors and their families.
