Operationalisation of the Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning Framework for the Remote Jobs and Economic Development (RJED) program – Phase 2

This activity will establish baseline data to inform future RJED program monitoring and evaluation activities. It will also support and guide operational readiness for all RJED monitoring and evaluation activities, including conducting a cost-effectiveness analysis to compare RJED program employment outcomes against suitable benchmarks.
