Annual Statement of Compliance with the Commonwealth Child Safe Framework 2025

The Commonwealth Child Safe Framework (CCSF) sets minimum standards for creating and maintaining child safe culture and practices in Australian Government entities. As a Commonwealth entity, NIAA must publish a statement of compliance with the CCSF each year. 

The annual statement of compliance must include an overview of the entity’s child safety risk assessment in relation to NIAA's activities, the level of responsibility for, and contact with, children, and appropriate strategies to manage identified risks. The statement also identifies NIAA's commitment to protecting and safeguarding children from abuse, neglect and exploitation.
