Government Response - 2016 Review of Stronger Future Measures Report

In 2013, the Parliamentary Joint Committee on Human Rights reported on the human rights compatibility of the Stronger Futures legislation. The findings
included the recommendation that in the 44th Parliament the committee undertake a review to evaluate the latest evidence in order to test the continuing
necessity for the Stronger Futures measures. The report was tabled on 16 March 2016.
