Government Response - CATSI Amendment Bill 2021

On 26 August 2021, the Senate referred the provisions of the Corporations (Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander) Amendment Bill 2021 to the Senate
Finance and Public Administration Legislation Committee for inquiry and report by 14 October 2021. The bill was referred to investigate ‘the impact of
the bill on the standards for ATSI Corporations’.
