On 16 August 2018, the Senate referred the following bills to the Legal and Constitutional Affairs Legislation Committee for inquiry and report: -Freedom of Speech Legislation Amendment (Censorship) Bill 2018 (The Censorship Bill). -Freedom of Speech Legislation Amendment (Insult And Offend) Bill 2018 (The Insult And Offend Bill). -Freedom of Speech Legislation Amendment (Security) Bill 2018 (The Security Bill).
