Privacy Management Plan

The National Indigenous Australians Agency (NIAA) is required to have a Privacy Management Plan (PMP) under the Privacy (Australian Government Agencies – Governance) APP Code 2017 (the Code).

NIAA's Privacy Management Plan identifies our privacy goals and targets and sets out how we will meet our compliance obligations under the Australian Privacy Principles.
