Publication abstract:

This report is part of a project that aims to monitor the prevalence of racism experienced by the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander adult population. The project is providing accurate, timely, and culturally appropriate data on racism, forming a robust baseline for ongoing monitoring, including progress towards National Agreement on Closing the Gap Priority Reforms and Targets. These data support accountability for government action towards eliminating racism, and can be used to inform and evaluate future policy responses.
