The Indigenous Girls STEM Academy is a $25 million, 10-year national investment that seeks to support high-achieving Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander women and girls who aspire to study and secure jobs in STEM professions. This evaluation will assess the impact of the Academy and inform how it could be refined. It is expected that the evaluation will be undertaken in three phases — process; mid-term outcomes; and impact and economic outcomes. The evaluation will draw on the Indigenous Girls’ STEM Academy Evaluation Strategy 2018-28 completed in 2019.
