QPR - Acknowledge
The Agency Contract Manager (ACM) is responsible for acknowledging each quarterly performance report (QPR) record.
QPR - Complete Record
A quarterly performance report (QPR) prepared by the agency can be marked as complete, prior to review and submission by the contractor.
QPR - Reporting Complete
When the last quarterly performance report (QPR) for a contract is acknowledged by the Agency Contract Manager (ACM), the QPR reporting process is complete.
Portfolios / Agencies
A portfolio is a minister's area of responsibility as a member of Cabinet. As a general rule, there is one department in each portfolio. Within each portfolio there are also numerous agencies.

Contract Actions
Contract Action dialogs are used to capture changes to critical contract data such as contract type or contract exemption. Contract value and contract end date can also be changed when changes to this information is not published in the AusTender extract in a timely manner.
To Do List
The To Do List (located on the Dashboard) provides the currently logged in user with a list of contracts requiring some form of action to be undertaken. The To Do List section of the Dashboard is displayed below.
MMR Contracts
MMR Contracts (located on the Dashboard) display a list of all MMR Contract records associated with the currently logged in user (dependent on their security role).
Dashboard
The dashboard organises and presents contract information in a single page view to assist users to efficiently locate and manage contracts relevant to their agency. Interactive, live IPP reports are available for all Commonwealth Agency users within IPPRS.

Stage 6 - Contractor Acknowledgement
The Contractor Acknowledgement stage allows the contractor to view the results of the contract’s assessment, acknowledge and provide comments about their performance against the mandatory minimum requirements (MMRs), if required.
