Stage 1 - Activate MMR Contract
Activate mandatory minimum requirements (MMR) contract is the first stage in the process flow for all contracts using the contract management process.

Stage 2 - Contact Details
When a contract has been activated, any of the Agency Contract Managers (ACM) for the contract must nominate up to three Contractor Contacts (contractor) within the contractor organisation.
Stage 4 - Quarterly Performance Reporting (QPR)
QPR - Prepare
Generally quarterly performance reports (QPRs) are entered by contractors (using the Contractor Portal). However QPRs can also be prepared by Agency Contract Managers (ACM) and Agency IPP Managers (AIM).
QPR - Review / Submit
The Review / Submit stage is performed by the Contractor contact using the Contractor Portal. The Agency Contract Manager (ACM) is alerted when the quarterly performance report (QPR) record has been submitted by the contractor.
QPR - Acknowledge
The Agency Contract Manager (ACM) is responsible for acknowledging each quarterly performance report (QPR) record.
QPR - Complete Record
A quarterly performance report (QPR) prepared by the agency can be marked as complete, prior to review and submission by the contractor.
QPR - Reporting Complete
When the last quarterly performance report (QPR) for a contract is acknowledged by the Agency Contract Manager (ACM), the QPR reporting process is complete.

A portfolio is a minister's area of responsibility as a member of Cabinet. As a general rule, there is one department in each portfolio. Within each portfolio there are also numerous agencies.
Organisations / Contractor Contacts
Organisations are the entities that are contracted to deliver the goods and services procured by the government portfolio agency, either directly or sub-contracted through the supply chain.

Contract details are sourced from AusTender and are uploaded into the Indigenous Procurement Policy Reporting Solution (IPPRS) on a weekly basis.

Contract Actions
Contract Action dialogs are used to capture changes to critical contract data such as contract type or contract exemption. Contract value and contract end date can also be changed when changes to this information is not published in the AusTender extract in a timely manner.
