As an elder of the Larrakia People and beneficiary with a genuine "Claim of Right" I request the most current financial statement of the Aboriginals Benefit Account established under the Australian Land Rights Act 1976 for the benefit of Aboriginal people, including any interest given for the benefit of the Commonwealth.

“The most recent communique of the Joint Working Group on Closing the Gap (and which was recently published on the PMC web site (www.closingthegap.pmc.gov.au/jointcouncil) included the following text:

"The Joint Council considered a review of the National Indigenous Reform Agreement (NIRA), completed by the Partnership Working Group, and agreed to develop a new National Agreement on Closing the Gap, covering the next ten years, continuing the NIRA’s successful elements, strengthening others and addressing foundational areas that were previously excluded from consideration."

3. any documentation of internal discussions regarding the ceasing of current funding arrangements for the National Family Violence Prevention and Legal Services Forum National Secretariat in June 2020;
4. any documentation outlining internal decision making and justifications regarding the ceasing of current funding arrangements for the National Family Violence Prevention and Legal Services Forum National Secretariat in June 2020; and
5. any ancillary or related documents which were relied on in order to prepare the above documents.

This request includes any appendix, annexure, schedule or other document that was included as an attachment to any of the documents referred to above.

In relation to the Bigambul peoples:
