FOI/1920/038 | I would like access to the ATSIC Board of Directors papers that relate to decisions connected to the December 2001 licence agreement between Harold Thomas and ATSIC regarding The Aboriginal Flag. Given that agreements of this magnitude could only happen with the approval of the Board I would expect that there would be board papers that discuss the agreement, likely from proposal to execution. The timeframe being from 1 January 2001 to 31 January 2002. I am content for you to redact any references to compensation in terms of monetary amounts. The Freedom of Information Act empowers me with the right to access information. It would be desirable for me to have access to the information without the necessity of wasting Senate sitting time. I know for a fact that these papers still exist and that they have recently been located in ATSIC archives. |
