The Remote Jobs and Economic Development Program Survey

  • Complete

The Australian Government is investing $707 million to deliver the Remote Jobs Economic Development (RJED) program in the second half of 2024 that provides Community Development Program jobseekers with real jobs, proper wages and decent conditions.

This is stage two of the consultation process and will help to determine the final recommendations to the Government. Supporting new employment opportunities will mean a new approach, working with communities and supporting jobs that deliver programs and services that communities want to see.

The following short survey seeks feedback from individuals, communities and organisations who have an interest in remote employment. Your feedback is important to help inform the design and implementation of the RJED program.

The discussion paper is a central element of the consultation process. The purpose of the discussion paper is to seek views from interested stakeholders on the design and implementation of Remote Jobs and Economic Development Program (RJED).

The survey should take approximately 20 minutes to complete. You don't need to answer all the question.  You can just answer the questions you feel comfortable to answer. Please note you will not be able to save and return to this survey.

By clicking 'submit' you consent to sharing your feedback with the National Indigenous Australians Agency to help the design and implementation of the RJED program.

The survey will close on 30 June 2024

If you experience any issues when completing the survey please contact remote.jobs@niaa.gov.au.
