2024 NIAA Graduate Program

Applications for the 2024 National Indigenous Australians Agency (NIAA) Graduate Program are now open. 

It’s an incredibly exciting time to be joining the National Indigenous Australians Agency as we support the aspirations and empowerment of First Nations peoples.

We are a diverse, inclusive and passionate workforce with an emphasis on continuous cultural learning and tailored professional development. We collaborate with communities across Australia, all levels of government and many other invested stakeholders.

In 2024, we will be offering graduate placements in Brisbane, Canberra, Darwin and Perth.

NIAA graduates will also have the opportunity to undertake a regional rotation in one of our metropolitan, regional or remote offices to gain experience of our local engagement around Australia.
