The Youpla Support Program is closing soon

The Youpla Support Program runs until 30 June 2026. We want to ensure as many former ACBF/Youpla members as possible receive their resolution payment if they are eligible.

The Youpla Group sold funeral funds to First Nations people. It was also called the Aboriginal Community Benefit Fund, or ACBF for short. When Youpla collapsed in March 2022, many people could no longer pay for Sorry Business.

The Youpla Support Program has been providing resolution payments to support people who were impacted by the collapse of the Youpla Group.

Most eligible people have got their payment now, but there are still a few former ACBF/Youpla members we haven’t spoken to yet.

If you know someone who might be eligible and has not spoken to Services Australia, they will need to get in touch by 30 June 2026.

They can call Services Australia on 1800 136 380 or visit their local Service Centre. They do not need to wait to be contacted.
