Prime Minister’s Indigenous Advisory Council’s 2018 Annual Report

In accordance with the requirement of the Prime Minister’s Indigenous Advisory Council’s (the Council) Terms of Reference to report annually to the Government, via letter to the Prime Minister, we are pleased to submit the Council’s 2018 annual report. This report provides an overview of the Council’s activities, key areas of advice provided to the Government and engagement with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples for the period 1 December 2017 to 31 December 2018.

Review into the Operation of the Low Aromatic Fuel Act 2013

Section 18 of the Low Aromatic Fuel Act 2013 requires the Act to be reviewed every five years.
